IDEAlliance, which recently merged with IPA, will hold its G7 Summit 2010 in Chicago this fall in conjunction with Graph Expo, October 3-6 in Chicago's McCormick Place South.

IDEAlliance is open to brand owners, agencies, publishers, printers and materials suppliers. G7, a subgroup within IDEAlliance, is the set of best practices for achieving gray balance and visual similarity across every print process.

Presented live from the show floor, the G7 Summit will focus on the entire workflow and cover all facets of print production, from content creation to final output. In-depth educational sessions, conducted by leading color and digital workflow experts, will explore the G7 calibration process and how it complements today's digital workflow. Participating manufacturers will offer hands-on Learning Labs to supplement each session.
