The Graphic Arts Association (GAA) has announced the 2009
“Neographics Power of Print” winners. Brilliant
Graphics (Exton, PA) won “Power of Print” and
“First Runner-up”; Bindagraphics (Baltimore, MD)
won “Second Runner-up”: and ITP of USA won
“Third and Fourth Runner-up.” Numerous “Best of

Ursula M. Burns takes the helm as CEO of Xerox Corp.
this month, succeeding Anne Mulcahy. Burns also is a member of the
Xerox board of directors, elected in April 2007.
Vertis Communications has named Carmen Allen as senior
vice president, human resources.
