Flint Ink Corp. (Ann Arbor, MI) has named Linda Welty COO, responsible for the company's ink-manufacturing operations on a global basis. She will report to president Dave Frescoln. Welty comes from H. B. Fuller (St. Paul, MN), a worldwide manufacturer of adhesives and other specialty chemical products, where she served as group president and general manager of the Full-Valu and Specialty Group.
