Metzgers (Holland, OH), a prepress, printing, mailing and fulfillment company, has finished installing $800,000 of new equipment. The new installation includes two Kodak Matchprint digital-proofing systems; a two-sided, color, digital dylux printer; stochastic Spekta screening and Trueflow digital workflow system from Screen (USA) (Rolling Meadows, IL); fully automated CTP system; a second 20 × 28-inch, four-color printing press from Sakurai (Schaumburg, IL); and Darwin variable-data software.
