Wave Corp. (Longwood, FL) has acquired the intellectual property and assumed the future product development and technical support for B-media, Banta Corp.'s (Menasha, WI) enterprise-class content-management software platform, as part of a strategic partnership between the two companies. Banta will continue marketing and selling B-media software. In addition, Banta will now offer its customers Wave's asset-management application, MediaBank, as well as the latter company's other print-related software products.

The partnership will reportedly provide a range of software products for managing multichannel publishing processes, including print, Internet and variable publishing.
