Jamestown, RI-based Survey Advantage has released its print buyer satisfaction ratings for Q3, 2010.

Top performing printers achieved over 84% print buyer satisfaction, average performers 74% to 83%, and low performers under 74%.  Results were calculated by tabulating feedback from over 6,000 print buyers who evaluated the recent performance of hundreds of printers.

Paragon Press (Shreveport, LA) and owner/operator Macy Flash ranked highest among independent commercial printers. The top Allegra Network business was Allegra Print & Imaging of Lawrence, NJ, owned/operated by Ellis Galimidi. Sir Speedy of Nashville, TN, owned/operated by Steve Olsen, ranked highest in the Franchise Services Network. And Alphagraphics of Denton,TX, owned/operated by Lynn Chatwin, earned the highest marks in the AlphaGraphics Network.

Each quarter, Survey Advantage solicits more than 6,000 print buyer opinions to measure loyalty and satisfaction. The feedback is published to help printers react quickly to customer feedback and benchmark performance.  Results are segmented by brand, size, and other classifications in the Print Buyer Satisfaction Index (PBSI). Survey Advantage developed the feedback process by partnering with 14 industry associations, 3 major printer franchises, and 9 leading print management software providers.
