R.R. Donnelley Financial (New York City), a worldwide financial printer and customized communications solutions company, has added three new online products to its suite of client services:
FactNET, a seamless way of creating mutual fund fact sheets using the Internet
E.Source, a Web-based system for electronic document delivery that also collects and maintains a customer consent database for compliance purposes
WebTraK, an online inventory management and targeted communications system that covers the entire distribution system.
"To be an effective communications partner to our clients, we must be able to offer customized solutions that meet their changing needs," says Jan Bowen, vice president of customized communications solutions for R.R. Donnelley Financial. "All three products make online resources more efficient, while delivering a positive return to our clients' bottom lines."
R.R. Donnelley Financial has also expanded its New York facilities, opening a new midtown service center, expanding client facilities at its 99 Park Ave. office and making a commitment to return to its service center and printing plant in lower Manhattan, located two blocks north of the World Trade Center.
