For projects that require a higher recycled content, Domtar (Montreal) now offers Cougar 30%. It contains 30% post-consumer waste (PCW) fiber while maintaining its 98 brightness rating and performance on press. Cougar 30% is FSC-certified and a member of the Domtar EarthChoice family of products.
