This year’s On Demand Conference & Exhibition gets a
change of scenery—the Boston Convention & Exposition
Center will play host to the four-day conference April 16-19, 2007.
On Demand will be colocated with AIIM Conference & Expo, an
information management event. Approximately 175 companies will be
exhibiting.
With over 40 sessions, the On Demand conference program speakers
will discuss key growth applications and technologies, and how to
incorporate them into business strategies. Session topics will

Colorful multipart forms
Xerox Corp. (Rochester, NY) has extended its carbonless paper
family of products to include a new paper that works with its
flagship Xerox iGen3 digital production press. The specially
treated paper enables in-plant printing operations, and commercial
and quick printers to use Xerox iGen3 digital presses to produce
colorful, multipart bank statements, invoices and claim forms at 90
ppm and 110 ppm.
Xerox Premium Digital Carbonless paper is available in a range of
sizes and can be customized for special applications. In addition
to the iGen3 press, the paper works with Xerox office products,
such as the Phaser 8400 network printer and the DocuColor 12
multifunction system, and with high-volume production DocuColor
digital presses. It also is designed to work with an array of
black-and-white systems, including the Xerox Nuvera and DocuTech
production families and the Xerox 4590/4110 Enterprise Printing
Systems.
Lighter digital coated paper
Xerox’s coated paper line has shed some pounds, with its
newest family member weighing in at a 60-lb. text—25 percent
lighter than the standard coated paper grade. This addition to the
Xerox reports its Digital Color Select Gloss line is the
industry’s most lightweight paper for high-volume digital
color printing, delivering 20 percent more pages per inch than the
next lightest digital coated paper on the market. Lighter paper is
used to produce magazine pages, marketing brochures, catalogs and
children’s books. The new paper features 90 brightness and a
