InfoPrint Solutions, a Ricoh company, will showcase its new Managed Automated Document Factory (ADF) Services, powered by the cloud, at the 2011 National Postal Forum (NPF) May 1-4 in San Diego. The company will conduct a live reprint demonstration with Kern, a leader in production mail solutions, illustrating how the often complicated task of generating a final insert log and automatic reprint can be made simple. InfoPrint Solutions' workflow experts will be on hand at the event to meet with customers on topics ranging from file processing to print and postal preparation.

The Managed ADF Services workflow solution leverages the cloud to minimize the burden on users’ IT resources. See www.controlthecurrent.com.

The company also will demonstrate InfoPrint ProcessDirector process automation software, along with a wide array of mailstream preparation capabilities including integrated address quality, sortation and automated reprinting workflows.

"InfoPrint Solutions' Managed ADF Services is our newest offering, illustrating our continuing commitment to innovative workflow solutions, where we leverage more than 20 years of experience optimizing print-to-mail environments," says Don Dew, ADF Solutions Manager, InfoPrint Solutions. "Managed ADF Services reduces dependence on scarce IT skills as well as the enhanced reporting and audit readiness capabilities desired by compliance officers, meeting the needs of mid-market transactional printers in highly compliant industries like financial services, healthcare and insurance, where regulatory and compliance requirements make print and mail operations very complex. As the industry's first cloud-based managed workflow solution, it is drawing a lot of attention from customers and we're excited to showcase it to attendees at this year's National Postal Forum."
